- Johnston Health ranked seventh in the Stroke category;
- Morehead Memorial Hospital ranked fourth in the Prostatectomy category;
- Northern Hospital of Surry County ranked third in the Pulmonary category, seventh in the Overall Gastrointestinal Services category, seventh in the Gastrointestinal Surgery category, eighth in the Gastrointestinal Medical Treatment category, and second in the Critical Care Services category; and
- Rutherford Hospital, Inc. ranked second in the General Surgery category and fifth in the Gastrointestinal Surgery category.

Lane Regional Medical Center received the Pathway to Excellence recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Lane Regional Medical Center earned Quality Respiratory Care Recognition from the American Association for Respiratory Care.
Habersham Medical Center named to the Georgia Hospital Association’s Partnership for Health and Accountability Quality Honor Roll.
Habersham Medical Center honored with the GHA’s Partnership for Health and Accountability’s Quality and Patient Safety Award for its “Preventing Influenza in Healthcare” project.
