Joan Signorille - Senior Vice President, QHR Consulting Services and President, Quorum Purchasing Advantage (QPA)
As Senior Vice President of QHR Consulting Operations and President of Quorum Purchasing Advantage (QPA), Joan Signorille leads the strategic initiatives for both QPA and QHR’s Consulting Operations.
Joan is responsible for leading QHR Consulting, which encompasses a broad array of services critical to the successful operation of a healthcare delivery system including; quality, patient throughput, regulatory compliance and accreditation, workforce efficiency, physician practice management, revenue cycle, IT and managed care. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Joan is a proven leader in both financial and operational management.
In addition to leading QHR’s Consulting Practice, Joan oversees all of QPA’s vendor contracts, identifies new opportunities and is instrumental in the management of QHR client hospitals’ supply and service expenses.
Prior to joining QHR, Joan served as director of Network Management of CIGNA HealthCare of Tennessee, where she was responsible for provider contracting and service strategy and implementation. She also served Humana, Inc. for nearly 10 years in a variety of capacities.
