Michael Johns

Mike Johns has more than 25 years’ experience in financial administration. He is a seasoned manager with expertise in hospital operations and finance, financial turnarounds, revenue enhancement and cost reduction, benchmarking productivity standards, and tax-exempt bond issues. In addition, Mike has worked with multiple lenders to secure financing for new hospital construction projects.

Mike has experience working with acute care hospitals and ancillary healthcare ventures, including physician practices, urgent care, home health and durable medical equipment. Among these, as vice president and chief financial officer, he had total responsibility for the financial operations of a 683-bed acute care hospital with over $700M in gross revenue.
