Enjoy the comfort of your own Labor/Delivery/Recovery (LDR) room in the Maternal/Child Care unit at CRHS. Located on the third floor, the MCU provides continuous mother-baby care that allows the baby to remain with the mother at all times.
Our Perinatal Outreach Program can help make the transition from hospital to home easier for our new parents through home visits by the outreach coordinator.
MCU also offers:
Hearing screening for all newborns
A Board Certified Lactation Consultant to help new moms with breastfeeding needs.
Home visit for mom and baby within 48-72 hours.
Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Parenting Classes (Click here for schedule.)
