QHR’s Practice Management offerings address all aspects of the day-to-day operation of a clinical practice, including: patient access, clinical throughput, revenue cycle, provider productivity, operating costs, managed care contracting, documentation and coding. Specific offerings include:

Full-Service Practice Management

Geared toward practices with 50+ physicians and long-term needs (24 months or greater), QHR’s Full-Service Practice Management offering addresses ALL aspects of the day-to-day operation of a clinical practice, including patient access, clinical throughput, revenue cycle, provider productivity, operating costs, managed care contracting, documentation, coding, and medical group governance and leadership. QHR provides on-site, full-time management via a chief administrative officer, with options to provide a CFO and/or COO; additional support is available, as needed.

Customized Practice Management

QHR’s Customized Practice Management offering is designed for practices of any size, and can be customized to address as many or as few specific needs as necessary, including patient access, clinical throughput, revenue cycle, provider productivity, operating costs, managed care contracting, documentation, coding, and medical group governance and leadership. QHR provides an on-site chief administrative officer four days per week for a minimum term of 24 months.

Interim Practice Management

Interim Practice Management provides a short-term solution to managing the many aspects of practice operations, including patient access, clinical throughput, revenue cycle, provider productivity, operating costs, managed care contracting, documentation, coding, and medical group governance and leadership. On-site staffing is provided, as needed, for a minimum term of three months.
