The Honeywell HomMed Health Monitoring system provides daily health status monitoring for individuals in the comfort of their own homes. In addition to weight, blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation, the system also asks yes/no questions specific to the users health condition that provide clinicians with a better overall picture of the patients health. Additional peripheral devices can be added, including blood glucose meter, PT/INR device, peak flow meter/FEV1 and multi-user card swipe. Discounts available to QHR managed hospitals.
