Joe Beck, senior vice president of Human Resources and Ethics and Compliance Officer for QHR, manages corporate functions for HR and Compliance and also leads company initiatives which support QHR clients in the areas of HR and Compliance.
QHR provides client services Human Resources support in the areas of Compensation, Policy and Procedures, Employee Relations, Monthly Regulatory Newsletters, & desk audits. QHR enables its clients to be successful with their initiatives in numerous Compliance areas through a variety of services, including CD-based policy templates, CD-based tools, and hospital compliance officer education. These services have become invaluable resources to QHR clients based on Joe’s leadership, analytical skills and unique perspective of taking complex issues and producing simple easy-to-use applications. With almost twenty years of experience, Joe is a recognized speaker on government healthcare regulatory issues at state hospital and professional association conferences. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
