Susan Hassell, vice president of Marketing and Corporate Communications, provides strategic marketing direction and implementation for QHR, serves as liaison with its hospital client marketing directors, and coordinates public relations activities for the company. She has served in a variety of positions for QHR since 1986. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Susan held marketing positions at Procter and Gamble and Converse Inc. before joining QHR.
