Managing to Lead is a customized leadership and management development curriculum for hospital-based middle managers who work in all departments of the hospital. The product consists of five components that can be purchased as separate products.
 |  | The Leadership Assessment Survey Tool is a 26-item, ranked, gap-analysis survey that measures the perceived importance of and manager competence in 26 critical leadership skills. |
 |  | Senior Leader Only Session: The senior leaders of the hospital attend a half-day instructional session that outline the role of the senior leaders in supporting the hospital’s managers, and provides tools for mentoring the managers through the training program. |
