How to perform the Engine Update:
You are about to download a file and should SAVE it to the directory which contains your Operations Outlook Application Files (most likely C:\Outlook\Enginev6)
- Save the download file (EngineUpdate.bat) to the directory which contains your Operations Outlook Application Files (most likely C:\Outlook\Enginev6)
- Open windows explorer and find the file you just downloaded.
- Double click the EngineUpdate.bat file and unzip the files to the directory which contains your Operations Outlook Application Files (most likely C:\Outlook\Enginev6)
- You have now updated your Operations Outlook engine.
