      Patricia Cooper Vice President
      With a healthcare career spanning more than 30 years, Ms. Cooper has a successful track record as an exceptional hospital operations senior executive, talented nursing executive, and Nurse Practitioner. It is this combined knowledge of operations and clinical expertise that enables Ms. Cooper to identify the root causes of challenges and recommend optimal solutions.
      Clients rely on her expertise in management and organizational development, change management skills, and training as a group facilitator to guide the planning and implementation of solutions to achieve desired results. She has worked on comprehensive, multi-year re-engineering projects, productivity enhancement projects, operations improvements and strategic planning within most product lines. Ms. Cooper has also created nurse practice environments and nursing strategic plans as well as extensive experience in developing and implementing start-up programs. Prior to joining QHR, Ms. Cooper was a Principal with Phase 2 Consulting, LLC.


      Hugh King Vice President
      Mr. King has more than 30 years of health care experience. He has a thorough operational and financial understanding of hospitals from the inside, as well as documented success in building consulting businesses. Mr. King can bring clarity to convoluted issues and identify effective solutions for hospital CEOs, and assist in executing strategies that improve performance. The scope of his experience includes hospital operations in Florida, Indiana and Texas and consulting as the National Health Care Advisor for Ernst & Young's national health care practice. Mr. King has led financial turnarounds, to include a five hospital system in Florida. His senior consulting and executive leadership experience with multi-hospital systems assures the successful achievement of complex objectives. Mr. King's expertise spans a broad range that extends beyond: financial performance and processes for hospital systems, health plans, managed care, integrating subsidiaries, and organizing physician joint ventures.


      John Nilsson Vice President
      Mr. Nilsson has more than 25 years of hospital and health system finance experience, including CFO positions in highly competitive markets such a Southern California, Chicago, Phoenix, Connecticut and Las Vegas. In addition, he has served as CFO on engagements with Cambio Health Solutions over a three year period. Clients’ facing complex challenges find advantage in Mr. Nilsson’s comprehensive experience in the most competitive healthcare markets, his leadership role in several large teaching hospitals, as well as physician practice management experience. Mr. Nilsson has successfully provided turnaround financial management to hospitals, generating significant increases in hospital revenue, improving hospital processes and productivity,
      and renegotiating contracts. His multi-facility experience allows him to implement, monitor and lead the achievement of a wide array of objectives.


      Jerry Wilkes Vice President
      Mr. Wilkes has more than 25 years of business development and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. His expertise is in developing vision and marketing strategies, and managing key relationships with hospital, medical staff, county/city government and community leaders. Also, clients considering an acquisition, sale, or merger will benefit from Mr. Wilkes’ significant experience in hospital acquisitions.


      Keith Gott Associate Vice President
      Mr. Gott’s healthcare career spans more than 20
      years: encompassing finance roles with hospital systems
      and with consulting firms such as Cambio Health Solutions, MECON, and Coopers & Lybrand. His depth of experience in operational tudies, program and product line profitability analysis, and long-term financial modeling engagements enables him to deliver unsurpassed insight and solutions to our client hospitals and health systems. Mr. Gott has participated in multiple Operations Improvement projects throughout the country, bringing expertise in the areas of management, operational improvement, financial planning and analysis, operational/capital budget development and implementation. Mr. Gott has also led the development and implementation of productivity monitoring software in multi-hospital systems and teaching hospitals.


      Devika Kumar Associate Vice President
      With more than 17 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Kumar delivers Revenue Cycle management solutions to QHR Strategic Initiative clients. She leads the Revenue Cycle team whose expertise spans the entire spectrum to include patient access, coding and chargemaster, case management, health information management, patient financial services, and managed care. Prior to joining QHR in 2005, Ms. Kumar led multi-million dollar Revenue Cycle engagements at Stockamp and Associates. While at Stockamp, Ms. Kumar also participated on a development team to create a Patient Progression product that reengineered the patient throughput/patient flow process. Ms. Kumar also performed process improvement projects in various aspects of hospital operations during her tenure at Premier.


      David Balsofiore Director
      With more than 20 years of healthcare finance experience,
      Mr. Balsofiore lends his comprehensive expertise and numerous Operations Improvement engagement experiences to shed light on complex financial challenges and lead clients toward fiscal revitalization. Prior to joining QHR, Mr. Balsofiore accumulated experience in the preparation of Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost reports for various states. His experience also
      includes Medicare audits, hospital budget reviews, and the preparation of monthly financial statements and other analytical studies. As the controller of a children's psychiatric hospital, Mr. Balsofiore supervised the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Data Processing departments.


      C. Eric Jones Senior Manager
      Mr. Jones has more than ten years of healthcare experience, during which he has performed financial analysis and coordinated due diligence on more than 20 hospital acquisitions. During his four years at Cambio Health Solutions, one of Mr. Jones’ key responsibilities was directing the termination of hospital
      operations and asset disposal on behalf of AMBAC Assurance Corporation, New York, New York. His experience also includes five years of hospital operations in two leading for-profit health systems. Mr. Jones’ scope of expertise includes financial
      planning and analysis, hospital departmental product line analysis, capital and operational budgeting, operations improvement and mplementation and development of numerous financial
      and statistical models. Mr. Jones assists clients by serving
      as Interim Controller and Chief Financial Officer, conducting economic impact studies, providing financial analysis testimony on behalf of clients before State Health Facilities Commissions, and designing financial reporting databases to interface with multiple sites to afford accurate and timely communication of
      key operating indicators.
