Mr. Gott has worked with hospital clients to quickly identify and quantify their
needs and opportunities, assisting them in realizing their peak performance.
He conducted labor productivity and vendor expense analyses and, together
with Senior Managers, developed short and long-term solutions to shrinking
bottom lines. Profit and loss analyses were used to guide decisions to retain,
eliminate, expand or curtail service lines and contracts identify sustainable cost
reductions, and generate new revenue through service optimization, staff and
patient satisfaction.
Mr. Gott has over 20 years of healthcare experience. He has led and participated
in comprehensive and detailed assessments with meaningful implementation action
plans at hospitals throughout the United States. He provided expertise in long-term
financial modeling and analysis, productivity analysis and staffing standards with
implementation for large teaching hospitals and multi-hospital systems. He has
also led the development and implementation of productivity monitoring software in
multi-hospital systems.
