challenges. Mr. Heard's ability to see the big picture and

guide clients to the best strategic path. His unique background
encompasses health system development and planning,
management consulting and physician integration strategy.
Prior to joining QHR, Mr. Heard was a successful independent
healthcare management consultant, specializing in strategic
and operational engagements for hospitals and health systems.
As Vice President of Development and Planning for a Nashville-based
health system, he provided strategic planning, development, and
marketing expertise. In addition, his background includes professional
expertise in mediation, counseling and therapy.
