Information Technology Services Assessment

The QHR Information Technology (IT) Services Assessment is the critical first step in the development of

your hospital's overall IT Strategic Plan, as we evaluate the current state of IT services at your facility.

The Assessment will:

Examine automated applications and interfaces

■

Review the IT infrastructure, organization, governance and staffing

■

Evaluate access, system usage, and end user satisfaction

From the findings of the IT Assessment, QHR will make recommendations that address specific short-term

issues, and provide the foundation and outline for a longer term overall IT master plan. QHR also creates a

visual IT Model to demonstrate the findings of the Assessment, and to show immediately areas for improved

functional automation.
